Dr Ayesha Thajudeen

General Dental Surgeon & Implantologist

The advanced dental square team is led by Dr Ayesha Thajudeen. She is a distinguished General Dental Surgeon and Oral Implantologist, bringing over 15 years of expertise to her practice since 2008. Her academic journey began with the successful completion of her undergraduate studies in 2006 at The Faculty of Dental Sciences, University of Peradeniya, where she excelled in her commitment to dental excellence. Following her graduation, Dr. Thajudeen seamlessly transitioned into academia, assuming the role of Junior Lecturer at the Department of Prosthodontics for a commendable one-year tenure. Later she came under the tutelage of renowned Implantologist Dr Shankar Iyer (Past President of American Academy of Implant Dentistry) and Professor Kemal Unsal (President – TFI, Together for Implantalogy) and got herself trained extensively in Implantology.

Currently she is continuing her post graduate dental education in Orthodontics with Progressive Orthodontic Seminars, Singapore. Her area of special interest is Full Mouth Rehabilitation, Restoration of function and aesthetics using Endosseous Implants. Dr Ayesha Thajudeen is a sought after dentist and has been a member of many dental professional bodies such as:

  • Life Member of The Sri Lanka Academy of Aesthetic & Cosmetic Dentistry
  • Associate Fellow of American Academy of Implant Dentistry
  • Member of TFI – Together for Implantalogy

She is currently the Co- Ordinator for NucleOSS Fellow Programme in Asia, Director – Dental Square, Clinical consultant for NucleOSS Dental Implants.
